BPG is a real estate investment firm based out of Alexandria, VA that believes real estate is a tool for the long-term. Exit Strategy
We believe there's three ways to dispose of an asset:
1. Sale of property
2. Cash out refinance
3. Additional leverage.
Our job is to collaborate on the best strategy on an asset by asset basis to generate a prime return for our investors.
