Two things that I love are multifamily real estate and Charleston, SC. The Charleston market has continued to boom since COVID, with an all-time high demand for quality housing for both the College of Charleston and individuals relocating to the area. Small multifamily real estate on the peninsula is a great long-term investment.


Here are three options that I believe would be excellent long-term investments for someone looking to diversify from the Washington DC/DMV real estate markets.
