I love commercial real estate. Recently, I've preferred it over residential real estate, which includes small multifamily properties as well. It's just a different game that you have to learn and master, but once you do, the management is less demanding, the leases are longer, the tenants are financially stronger, and the buyer pool typically has more money for your exit.
